Fern & Fog Garden Tea House ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This site is a simple informational website for our tea houses. This policy explains what little information we handle and why.

Information we collect

• Contact form. If you use the form on our Order & Contact page, we receive the name, email address, and message you choose to provide. We use this only to reply to you.
• No accounts. We do not have logins, and we do not ask for payment details on this website.
• No tracking cookies. This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not build a profile of you.

Third-party services

To display the site we load a few resources from other providers. When your browser requests them, those providers may receive your IP address and basic request data under their own privacy policies:

• Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on the site (Google Privacy Policy).
• Unsplash — hosts some photographs (Unsplash Privacy Policy).

We do not share, sell, or rent your information to anyone.

How long we keep it

Messages you send us are kept only as long as needed to respond and for our records, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your message at any time.

Your rights

You may ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion. Email hello@fernandfog.ca and we'll take care of it.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above will always reflect the current version.
